Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of assaulting and snatching motorcycle, laptop, mobile and cash of Rs. 4200/- from the informant against three unknown miscreants.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura, in connection with Udakishunganj P.S. Case No. 202 of 2017.
