JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 23-12-2022 Heard Mr. Manish Kumar No. 2, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Binod Kumar for the State. The petitioner, who is in custody since 12.05.2022 seeks bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021 dated 22.12.2021 instituted for the offence under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act.

From the bank account of the informant, Rs.

Rs. 20,000/- was withdrawn by two unknown persons, who ostensibly had tried to help the informant operate his ATM card.

The petitioner, it has been stated was arrested on suspicion. However, till date he has not been put on TIP.

Regard being had to the nature of accusation

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52023 of 2022(2) dt.23-12-2022 2/2 against the petitioner and the period of custody he is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Arwal in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 124 of 2021.
