JUSTICE BIRENDRA PRASAD VERMA ORAL ORDER 09-03-2016 After having heard the parties and for the reasons disclosed in the present MJC application, the prayer for restoration of CWJC No.20807 of 2010, which stood dismissed for want of prosecution by an order dated 24.04.2015, is allowed subject to deposit of costs of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) by the petitioners in the Patna High Court Legal Services Committee within four weeks.

If the cost, as indicated above, is deposited by the petitioners, the aforesaid CWJC No.20807 of 2010 shall be restored to its original file and after its restoration it shall be listed before the appropriate Bench, as per roster, after obtaining necessary permission from Hon'ble the Acting Chief Justice.

Patna High Court MJC No.1369 of 2015 (2) dt.09-03-2016 The present MJC application stands disposed of with the observations and directions made above.
