Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 354(B), 504, 506/34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code. Submission is that allegation of commission of assault against the deceased is against some other co-accused. Allegation against the petitioner is of commission of assault against the informant by fists and slaps.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Kumarkhand Police Station Case No. 160 of 2018, subject

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54505 of 2019(2) dt.02-09-2019 2/2 to the following conditions:- (a) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the learned court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
