The petitioner seeks bail in Riga P.S. Case No. 139/2016, instituted for the offences under Sections 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code read with Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of Arms Act and Section 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. He has been remanded in this case from Parsauni P.S. Case No. 84/2017. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. No T.I.P. has been held in this case. Petitioner is in custody since 10.01.2018.

Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65558 of 2018 (2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S. Case No. 139/2016, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
