JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 16-12-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Jagdishpur P.S. Case No. 18 of 2022 registered for the offence under Section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has placed reliance upon order dated 17.11.2022 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc. No. 38389 of 2022 by which coaccused has been granted bail. For the reasons mentioned in the order dated 17.11.2022 passed by coordinate Bench of this Court in Criminal Misc.
