The petitioners seek bail in G.R. No. 552 of 2019, arising out of Ghoswari P.S. Case No. 39 of 2019, registered for the offence under Sections 498(A), 302, 201 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, these petitioners alongwith other F.I.R. named accused persons killed the daughter of the informant due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry.

Petitioner no. 1 is father-in-law (llwj), petitioner no. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63255 of 2021(2) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 is elder brother-in-law (HkSalwj) and petitioner no. 3 is mother-inlaw (lkl). There is general and omnibus allegation of torture and demand of dowry against these petitioners. They live separately and have got no concern with the family affairs of deceased and her husband. Husband of the deceased is already in custody. Petitioners are in custody since 26.07.2021. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional District Judge - III, Barh, District - Patna in connection with G.R.
