Aslam Ansari, learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The present modification application has been filed for further extending the time for payment of remaining amount of Rs. 7,84,615.54/- by modifying the order dated 19.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3827 of 2024.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in terms of order dated 19.03.2024 the petitioner had deposited Rs. 3 lakhs and Rs. 1.5 lakhs in the Bank and rest amount of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57478 of 2025(2) dt.08-09-2025 2/2 7,84,615.54/- is required to be deposited in 7 installments as mentioned in order dated 19.03.2024.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submits that the petitioner is ready to deposit the remaining amount of Rs. 7,84,615.54/- within a period of 6 months along with 7 % interest on the remaining amount.

5. In view of the aforesaid, let the order dated 19.03.2024 be modified to the aforesaid extent.

6. Accordingly, the present modification application stands disposed of.
