In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Kinjar P.S. Case No. 129 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 448, 147, 341, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. On account of some dispute, the petitioner and other accused persons entered into the house of the informant and started searching the informant's husband and son. When the informant protest, then the petitioner assaulted her with gun and other co-accused persons also assaulted the daughter of the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50389 of 2019(2) dt.13-08-2019 2/2 informant is running a shop, where some dispute arose on account of serving tea and breakfast.

As the petitioner is an accused in two other criminal cases, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the Court below within three weeks from today and prays for regular bail, the Court below will consider the same and pass appropriate order without being influenced by the order of this Court.
