The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Darbhanga C.R. Case No. 360 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 498(A), 494 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is of torturing the complainantopposite party no. 2 by her husband and in-laws and removing her from matrimonial house and thereafter keeping to the petitioner as wife by her husband.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, in fact, Panchayati was arranged by the parents of opposite party

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.48500 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 no. 2 regarding the dispute in between opposite party no. 2 with her husband and in-laws and father of petitioner was also one of Panch in the aforesaid Panchayati but the matter could not be settled due to that reason, the petitioner has been implicated in the present case with false allegation to the effect that petitioner is residing at the house of husband of the informant as wife. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M.- Darbhanga, in connection with C.R. Case No. 360 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
