The petitioner seeks bail in Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021, registered for the offence under Section 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. As per the prosecution case, three unknown miscreants riding on a motorcycle fired upon brother of the informant, which hit his head and chest.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that name of petitioner has transpired during course of investigation in the confessional statement of co-accused Vikash Kumar. It is further submitted that save & except confessional statement of coaccused, there is no other material against this petitioner to show his complicity in the aforesaid crime. Petitioner is in custody in this case since 25.06.2021.

Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-III, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No. 97 of 2021.
