2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No.13 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2), 318(4), 319(2), 61(2), 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita and Sections 66(C) and 66(D) of the I.T. Act, 2008.
3. As per the prosecution case, this petitioner along with other co-accused persons involved in cyber crime and cheated innocent people in the name of providing loans and in other ways.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54700 of 2025(2) dt.12-08-2025 2/2 case merely on suspicion. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. Petitioner has never involved in any illegal act. Petitioner is in custody since 25.05.2025. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he undertakes to cooperate in the trial. There is no chance of absconding of the petitioner or tampering with the evidence.
5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Sheikhpura in connection with Sheikhpura Cyber P.S. Case No.13 of 2025.
