JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 21-09-2022 Learned counsel for the opposite party no.3 submits that in compliance of the order dated 24.11.2021 passed by this Court, the opposite party no.3 is deducting a sum of Rs.15,000/- per month from the salary of the opposite party no.2 and the same is being remitted in the account of the petitioner. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that deduction of Rs.15,000/- per month is being effected only from the month of May, 2022. Learned counsel, however expressed his apprehension that after disposal of this case the opposite

Learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 is also present and has confirmed that the deductions are being made from his salary and the same will be deducted till final payment of the entire outstanding amount is made from his salary. Thereafter, the current maintenance amount shall be deducted and remitted to the petitioner.

This Court has taken note of the submissions made on behalf of the opposite party nos.2 and 3. They would act accordingly.

This application is disposed of.
