JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 08-05-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a direction to the state respondent for removal of encroachment made by the private respondent no.4 to 9 in collusion with Circle Officer, Mokama and Nagar Karvapalak Padadhikari, Nagar Parishad, Mokama.

(ii). For disposal of the representation filed before

Patna High Court CWJC No.13682 of 2022(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 the Anchaladhikari, Mokama for removal of encroachment which has not been removed in spite of several reminders before the Circle Officer, Mokama."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
