The petitioner is in custody since 23.02.2022 in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 399, 411, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of Arms Act. The accused persons were apprehended from the house of the petitioner from whom there is recovery of one country made pistol for which there is no explanation as to why so many persons assembled in the house of the petitioner with arms, but considering the fact that there is no recovery from the petitioner who is in custody since 23.02.2022, this application is allowed.

In view of the aforementioned facts and

No.52172 of 2022(2) dt.16-12-2022 2/2 circumstances, let the petitioner above named be released on bail after completion of one year in custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-II, Jhanjharpur, Madhubani in connection with Phulparas P.S. Case No. 93 of 2022.
