No. 2518 of 2013 for the offences instituted under Sections 498(A) of the I.P.C. and 3⁄4 of the D. P. Act. Heard learned counsels for the petitioner, complainant and learned counsel for the State.
The accusations are of demand of dowry and on nonfulfilment of the same the accused persons tortured the complainant.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is ready to keep the complainant with him. On behalf of the complainant also it has been agreed that the complainant will

Learned court below is directed to issue notice upon the complainant and fix a date within a period of four weeks and on personal appearance of the parties, if the court is satisfied that they are agree to stay together then in the said circumstances, the petitioner above named shall be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today in connection with C.R. No. 2518 of 2013, T.R. No. 6151 of 2015, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Samastipur, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
