Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016 registered under Sections- 365 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged by the informant that his brother Mantu Kumar went out of house by saying that he is being called by Mithilesh Kumar for giving money, but he did not return.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report. It is further submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody 31.07.2016.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50704 of 2016 (3) dt.18-01-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jahanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 296 of 2016.
