Petitioner is in custody in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019 for the offence under sections 447, 323, 324, 325, 326, 307, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Referring to the injury, learned counsel submits that the injury is lacerated, caused by hard blunt substance. There is no repetition of blow.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 16.6.2019.

No.48946 of 2019(3) dt.27-09-2019 2/2 Considering the injury as per Annexure-2 which is simple in nature, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-XIII, Gopalganj, in connection with Phulwariya P.S. Case No. 52 of 2019.
