14-02-2017 Heard Sri Dhananjay Kumar, learned, who has appeared on instruction of Sri Pathak Dhananjay Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.C. to Addl. Advocate General - 15.

Normally, I am not entertaining any other counsel, save and except Advocate-on-record in restoration petition, however; in peculiar facts & circumstances, I have permitted Sri Dhananjay Kumar to argue on behalf of petitioner. The present petition has been filed with a prayer to restore C.W.J.C. No. 8780 of 2012, which stood dismissed on 26-02-2013, due to non-prosecution.

After hearing learned counsel for the parties and considering the fact disclosed in the present petition, same is allowed.

Patna High Court MJC No.2138 of 2015 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 Let C.W.J.C. No. 8780 of 2012 be restored to its original file.
