The allegation against the petitioner no.1 (Rajan Kumar) is that 50 bottles of country-made liquor and 45 bottles of country made spice liquor was recovered from his possession, so far petitioner no.2 (Binod Kumar) is concerned, 48 bottles of countrymade spice liquor were recovered from his possession. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they are in custody since 10.9.2016 and they have no criminal antecedent.
Having heard both sides and in view of the facts as stated above, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49056 of 2016 (3) dt.14-12-2016 2/2 furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Railway Judicial Magistrate, Sonepur, Saran in connection with Siwan Rail P.S.Case No.52 of 2016.
