The petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018 in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 341, 323, 332, and 337 and 553/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 03.07.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 33323 of 2018 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after three months. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and, therefore, in view of the liberty granted to him, the prayer of the petitioner may be allowed.

No.65151 of 2018(2) dt.30-11-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and the period of custody, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 305 of 2018.
