2. At the outset, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already filed an application for demarcation of land on 6.10.2023 (annexure 3 to the supplementary affidavit filed on 6.10.2023) before respondent no.6. He submits that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent to dispose of the aforesaid case.

3. In view of the nature of prayer made in the writ petition, let respondent no.6 dispose of aforesaid petitioner's application in accordance with law after hearing the parties,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11637 of 2023(3) dt.12-10-2023 2/2 preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of this order.
