JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Katra P.S. Case No.122 of 2017 registered under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 36 and 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Considering the allegation against the petitioner of being indulged in illegal trade of wine as also recovery of 549.795 liters country made wine, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail.

The application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
