The petitioner had moved this Court earlier on three occasions, wherein in the earlier round it was rejected and hoped that trial would be concluded within one year by order dated 26.08.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 16029 of 2015 However, a report has been received from the Court of the learned Additional District Judge- III, Nalanda at Biharsharif that six witnesses including the Investigating Officer has been examined and the case is pending for recording the evidence of doctor.
