This application has been filed for quashing of F.I.R vide Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 328, 354A, 376, 506, 509 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 POCSO Act. Both the parties have jointly submitted that the matter has been settled between the parties and they have jointly prayed for quashing the said F.I.R.

In view of the above, this application is allowed. The F.I.R vide Patna Mahila P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 328, 354A, 376, 506, 509

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52903 of 2022(3) dt.04-07-2023 2/2 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4/8 POCSO Act and all consequential proceedings arising out of aforesaid F.I.R are hereby quashed in the interest of justice.
