JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 20-09-2024 In compliance of the order of this Court dated 02.05.2019 passed in CWJC No. 24722 of 2018, it is pointed out by the learned counsel for the petitioner that though the joining of the petitioner has been accepted on 13.05.2020, however, the arrears of salary for the period 15.11.2018 till 12.05.2020, i.e. the period during which the petitioner had remained terminated from service as a result of issuance of a letter dated 15.11.2018, whereby the services of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.2908 of 2019(3) dt.20-09-2024 2/2 had stood terminated, which has been quashed by this Court, remains to be paid.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to dispose off the present petition with a direction to the District Education Officer, Nalanda at Biharsharif as also the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nalanda, to make payment of the arrears of salary to the petitioner, as aforesaid, within a period of four weeks of receipt/production of a copy of this order, failing which they shall not draw their salary.

The petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
