The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case no.214 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 395, 397, 328, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation is of snatching the truck loaded with mustard boil and the petitioner is not named in the FIR. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that he has been made accused only on the basis of confessional statement of the co-accused, nothing has been recovered from his possession and he is not been put on TIP. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Aurangabad in connection with Madanpur P.S.Case No.214 of 2017. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
