The Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Punpun P. S. Case No. 119 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
As per the prosecution case, the informant parked his Sumo Gold vehicle bearing registration no. BR01PE-3134 in front of the house of one Nagender Singh at about 09.00 P.M. and went to sleep. When he woke up early in the morning, he found that the aforesaid vehicle was stolen.

Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner has sprung up on the confessional statement of co-accused, namely, Manjay Kumar on account of previous enmity. The petitioner has no criminal antecedent as stated at para 3 of the bail petition. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner, in the event of his arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs.
20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court concerned, Masouri, Patna in connection with Punpun P. S. Case No. 119 of 2022, subject to conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. The application stands allowed.
