BAJANTHRI) 23-09-2024 Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instruction, submitted that petitioner has a statutory remedy of filing Revision Petition under Section 93 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 against the Appellate Authority order passed under Section 92 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

2. Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed of reserving liberty to the petitioner to invoke remedy of Revision under Section 93 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. If such Revision application is filed, the concerned Revisional
