JUSTICE MUNGESHWAR SAHOO ORAL ORDER 05-07-2016 After some argument, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by the impugned order dated 12.02.2015 passed by Sub Judge Vth, Gopalganj in Misc. Case No.17 of 2012, the petitioner's Misc. case has been disposed of. Therefore, the order is not an interlocutory order rather the Misc. case has been disposed of on the basis of the evidences. So the learned counsel seeks permission to convert this writ application to a regular Civil Revision under the Code of Civil Procedure.
In view of the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is permitted to convert this writ application to Civil Revision Application within three weeks failing which this writ application shall stand dismissed as not maintainable. Sanjeev/- (Mungeshwar Sahoo, J) U
