Petitioner seeks bail in Bounsi P.S. Case No.270/17 registered for the offence under Section 392 of I.P.C. Allegation as per the F.I.R. is of snatching of Rs.4000/- as well as mobile and ATM Card from the informant. Submission on behalf of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. but later on his name transpired on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused. It has been further submitted that except confessional statement there is nothing recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor he has been put on T.I.P. He is in custody for more than five months.

Heard the learned A.P.P. also.
