JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-11-2018 The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018, registered for offences punishable under Section 30(A) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act - 2018.

Allegation is of recovery of 80 litres of liquor from the car and petitioners were caught while fleeing away. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioners that they have falsely been made accused in this case and has nothing to do either with the recovered liquor or from the car. Further, they have no criminal antecedents and have been in judicial custody since 14.09.2018.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.65498 of 2018(2) dt.22-11-2018 2/2 Having heard both sides, in view of the above facts, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 25,000 (Rs. Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge -II cum Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Kawakole P.S. Case No. 202 of 2018, subject to the condition that petitioners will cooperate in disposal of trial and make themselves available as and when required by the court below, failing which, the prosecution shall move for cancellation of their bail bonds.
