Petitioner, who has got criminal antecedent, is said to have been arrested along with co-accused Raja Sharma, from whose possession, countrymade loaded pistol was recovered. With regard to petitioner, it has been alleged that two live cartridges, mobile set along with cash appertaining to Rs.100/- were seized. Petitioner happens to be under custody since 03.08.2016.

Considering the nature of recovery, petitioner, Ajay Kumar Soni @ Lulha is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Mirganj P. S. Case No.210 of 2016.
