The petitioner seeks bail in Uda-Kishunganj P.S. Case No. 121/2016, registered for the offences punishable under Section 47(A) of Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act. Eleven litres of country-made liquour was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

It is submitted that seizure-list was not prepared in accordance with law. Copy of the seizure-list has not been handed over to the petitioner. Petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2016. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that petitioner is in jail since 20.08.2016, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each
