Vide order dated 29.07.2021, a report was called in this case.

In compliance thereof, a report dated 03.08.2021 has been received and kept at Flag 'Z', whereby the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge- IV, Supaul has submitted that the case in connection with Triveniganj P.S. Case No.297 of 2017 has been disposed of by judgment dated 23.02.2021, whereby and when-under the accused Amlesh Yadav and others have been acquitted from this case. Considering the aforesaid facts, the present application has become infructuous.
