Earlier, the petitioner was granted bail by order dated 21.04.2023 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 60051 of 2022 by a detailed order with certain conditions, directing that before release of the petitioner, the court below shall verify the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, and if it came to the fore that the petitioner had criminal antecedents, other than the cases mentioned in paragraph 3 of the said bail petition, the court below shall be at liberty to cancel his bail bond. Subsequently, it was detected that the petitioner has five more criminal cases to his credit, except those which have been disclosed in para 3 of Cr. Misc.No. 60051 of 2022. So his bail bond was rejected by

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54509 of 2023(2) dt.25-08-2023 2/2 the court below by order dated 19.06.2023, in pursuance of the order of this Court.

I do not find any reason to release the petitioner on bail since he has concealed his criminal antecedents. The application is accordingly rejected.
