Petitioner seeks bail in Bakhtiarpur GRP Case No.41 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 392 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that First Information Report is against unknown. There is no recovery from possession of the petitioner. No Test Identification Parade has been held. Petitioner has been remanded in this case from Biharsharif GRP Case No.16 of 2017. Name of this petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused as mentioned by the Additional Sessions Judge in the impugned order.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65601 of 2018 (2) dt.06-11-2018 2/2 Petitioner is in custody since 18.06.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Railway, Patna Junction, in connection with in Bakhtiarpur GRP Case No.41 of 2016, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
