The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 353 (c) of 2014 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the case relates to sale and purchase of property between the brother of this petitioner and the complainant in which certain advances were made to the brother of the petitioner. The only allegation, leveled against the petitioner, is that the petitioner gave a receipt for the money which was allegedly advanced on non judicial stamp paper. However, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the complainant
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30750 of 2015 (2) dt.11-08-2015 has not able to produce a chit of documents showing that such receipt was actually prepared by the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid submissions and also the fact that petitioner is a student and he has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sahars in connection with Complaint Case No. 353 (c) of 2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr. P.C.
