In such view of the matter , let the words "Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016" be read at para no.2 of order dated 2.11.2018 passed in the instant case in place of "Sections 448, 307, 120(B)/34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act" and remaining parts of the order shall remain intact. Let the aforesaid order be communicated to the court below concerned at once.
