The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act.
Allegation is that three country made pistol along with three live cartridges are recovered.
It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 18.04.2019. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Three country made pistol along with three live cartridges are said to have been recovered. There is no compliance of Section 100 of Cr.P.C.
On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the F.I.R.
