The petitioner seeks bail in Rahui (Bhaganbigha) P.S. Case No. 219 of 2021 corresponding to Session Trial No. 546 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR was registered against unknown under Sections 394/302 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of this petitioner transpired during course of investigation on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Fauji Kumar @ Mantu. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Save and except confessional statement of co-accused
