The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 354, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present case has been lodged out of sheer vendetta only because he is conducting the case on behalf of one Nand Kishore Mahto who has got inimical relation with the informant. Considering the peculiar nature of the case and also the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner Anil Kumar Sharma, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a
