Petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatia P.S. Case No.187 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 341, 323, 308, 447, 380, 304, 504/34 Indian Penal Code. There is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioner. It is further alleged that petitioner took rupees thirty thousand of the informant kept below the pillow. Petitioner is in custody since 11.07.2018.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.65154 of 2018 (2) dt.02-11-2018 2/2 satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, V, West Champaran, Bettiah, in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No.187 of 2017, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
