The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bihar P.S. Case No. 747 of 2019 registered under Sections 364(A) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal history.

Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the evidence available on record has shown the complicity of the petitioner in the present case. Hence, petitioner does not deserve to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.
