The learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Patna after considering the case of both the parties regarding income held that the petitioner is not approaching the Court with clean hand and is not disclosing his income from the rents and directed the petitioner to pay Rs.6,000/- per month as maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act in Matrimonial Case No.277 of 2013. In exercise of supervisory jurisdiction under Article 227 of the Constitution of India this Court cannot hold panchayati between the parties and then fix the rate of maintenance under Section 24 of the Hindu Marriage Act. Thus, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order and accordingly, this writ application is dismissed.
