The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 384, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier by order dated 08.02.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 51830 of 2021, the petitioner was permitted to withdraw his bail application with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charges. Learned counsel submits that now charges have been framed on 22.06.2022, as would be evident from Annexure-4. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52332 of 2022(2) dt.28-09-2022 2/2 bail of the petitioner.
Since, the charges have been framed against the petitioner, the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Magadh Medical P.S. Case No. 257 of 2020.
In the event, if the learned trial court comes to a conclusion that after release the petitioner is trying to delay the trial in any manner, the trial court shall forthwith cancel his bail bonds after recording reasons.
