Petitioner is in custody since 23.09.2016 in connection with Complaint Case No. 721of 2004 registered under Sections 147, 323 498-A, 494, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The basic accusation is of assault and torture. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted the petitioner is father-in-law of the complainant and he has falsely been implicated in this case. There is no specific allegation against this petitioner. Moreover, the husband of the complainant is enjoying the privilege of bail.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st class, Jehanabad in connection with Complaint Case No. 721 of 2004.
