The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani P.S. Case No. 158 of 2013 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B), 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no specific allegation against these petitioners. It is further submitted that husband and father-in-law of the deceased lady have themselves surrendered in the court below. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the nature of allegation made in the FIR, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, be enlarged on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc.
