Mr.Dinesh Singh ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 08-10-2025 Earlier, vide order dated 12.08.2025, this petition already stood dismissed as withdrawn in respect of petitioner no. 1 namely Veer Chandra Singh.

2. The petitioners (petitioner nos. 2 to 4) apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109(1), 303(2), 351(2), 3(5) of the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. As per F.I.R., petitioner no. 2 & 3 assaulted brother of informant by means of iron rod and petitioner no. 4 assaulted informant by means of Dabiya on his head.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of land dispute between the parties, a simple Maarpit

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52834 of 2025(3) dt.08-10-2025 2/2 took place, in which both sides sustained injuries. Case and counter case. Injuries, caused by these petitioners, are simple in nature. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner nos. 2, 3 and 4, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Katihar in connection with Korha P.S. Case No. 109 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
