The grievance of the petitioner is that the trial court has not passed any order up till now in the light of observation made by this Court vide order dated 12.02.2015 passed in Cr. Misc. No.32376 of 2014 as well as order dated 20.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21976 of 2015.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case as well as observations given by this Court in order dated 12.02.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 32376 of 2014 as well as in the order dated 20.05.2015 passed by this Court in Cr. Misc. No.21976 of 2015, this petition stands disposed of with direction to learned Sub -Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Patna to pass

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30586 of 2015 (2) dt.26-08-2015 2/2 appropriate order in Budha Colony P.S.Case No. 151 of 2014 within four weeks from the date of receipt/ production of copy of this order keeping in mind the observations given by this Court by different orders passed in Cr. Misc. No. 21796 of 2015 as well as in Cr. Misc. No.32376 of 2014.
